"Great Modern Stay"
The hotel is located directly in the heart of Union Square. It's clean, modern and everyone there was very accommodating. Michelle was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.
The decor is so good! We loved gazing at the various photographs that were displayed on our floor. The room itself was roomy (for San Francisco), clean and the shower was incredibly nice. Everything about this place is very hip. We also found the bed extremely comfortable!
The lobby also has a small bar that serves drinks and food. It's very convenient if you don't want to leave the hotel. The second floor has a few free video games, a large table you can hang out at, a projector that was showing some NFL games plus other sitting areas.

"Mono king - apt 527"
The description of this room mention its size from 207 to 342 ft² (19 to 31m²). So, when we booked, we asked for the largest and quietest room availeble. Room 527 is very spacious and very quiete (its window faces to a internal garden). It's as quiete as possible but its quite dark becouse there is no direct sun light coming form outside. This lack of natural light would be diminished if there were more light in the room. This is our only suggestion for de the hotel administration: put some light in the ceiling close to the door and in front of the bed. Amazing and acessible location. We would certanly return.

"Comfort in Mid City"
It was raining. A valet took our car. We went inside the Axiom arriving at the reception desk. The staff were courteous, friendly smiles, and helpful. Within 5 minutes we were in our 5th floor room overlooking the cable car boarding platform. The beds were comfortable the room was very clean. The room temperature was just right. I went down to the first floor, ordered 2 drinks from the hotel bar and returned to our room. It was quiet and without street noise. Morning coffee served in the room was excellent. I would stay there again
