From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Dhali at the front desk, and that set the tone for our entire stay. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another booking. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was Dhali’s hospitality that truly made it stand out. If every hotel had a Dhali at the front desk, travel would always feel this special!

The description of this room mention its size from 207 to 342 ft² (19 to 31m²). So, when we booked, we asked for the largest and quietest room available. Room 527 is very spacious and very quiet (its window faces to a internal garden). It's as quiet as possible but its quite dark because there is no direct sunlight coming from outside. This lack of natural light would be diminished if there were more light in the room. This is our only suggestion for the hotel administration: put some light in the ceiling close to the door and in front of the bed. Amazing and accessible location. We would certainly return.

The hotel is located directly in the heart of Union Square. It's clean, modern and everyone there was very accommodating. Michelle was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.

The decor is so good! We loved gazing at the various photographs that were displayed on our floor. The room itself was roomy (for San Francisco), clean and the shower was incredibly nice. Everything about this place is very hip. We also found the bed extremely comfortable!

The lobby also has a small bar that serves drinks and food. It's very convenient if you don't want to leave the hotel. The second floor has a few free video games, a large table you can hang out at, a projector that was showing some NFL games plus other sitting areas.

You will really enjoy this hotel!
